Speed up your shopping and checkout by creating an account. Every time you log in with your username and password, your shipping and billing information will automatically be completed for you at checkout. You will have to input your credit card information at every purchase. We do not store credit card information. Your information may be updated anytime by logging in and clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab, then clicking on "View Addresses".
Mailing List & Newsletters
Our newsletters are sent several times a year. These emails announce new fabric collections, new products, and offer seasonal suggestions and discounts. You can unsubscribe or update your information every time a newsletter is sent. Click here to sign up for our newsletter.

What's your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your TWIST. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of your item in its original and unwashed condition, along with the original receipt, within 30 days. We will exchange it or offer you a refund.   If you'd like a refund, please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to process.
This policy includes all regular priced and sale items.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but, please allow up to 21 working days from the time we receive your return.

If you are returning a purchase for refund or exchange, please send the item, along with your original receipt to:
